He's going to lose his shit in the finale for a character we all know that's showing up

2024-08-10 10:01:48 +0000 UTCIf I remember correctly I had mixed feelings on the finale when it came out but excited for the rewatch lol. Also Taissaβs death this episode was one of the most brutal of the showπ© Canβt wait for season 7!

2024-08-08 08:54:13 +0000 UTCI LOVE the Final Girl subversion this episode pulls. Audrey's the typical choice to survive, she's the more "morally good," she's consistently been a victim and Sarah Paulson pretty much always survives AHS. But nope, right at the finish line she gets gunned down. And your Final Girl is an admitted murderer AND someone who got possessed and killed someone else (kinda reminds me of Jane Levy in Evil Dead 2013).

2024-08-07 20:24:41 +0000 UTCI think the vloggers were livestreaming everything to their fans once they realized the danger was real and it cut off right as they got caught so I assume enough people watching called the police to warrant them checking it out.

2024-08-07 20:17:23 +0000 UTCI wonder what finally made the police show up? The footage wasn't posted until the cameras were found. I can't remember what happens in the season finale so I'm very curious too.

2024-08-07 19:33:28 +0000 UTCAnother absolutely wild episode. So many deaths. And all in wild and iconic ways. Monet getting sassy with Lee always makes me laugh seeing it. Also wild to me that Sarah Paulson HATES this season and felt she had to do this season due to her AHS contract. Which I disagree, sheβs excellent this season. One of my fave roles of hers in hindsight. Definitely one of the most bleakest seasons of AHS. Itβs funny that this season has a lot of Blair Witch vibes, since the sequel to Blair Witch Project, Blair Witch 2016, also came out in theatres the same time that Roanoke was airing on tv. Both share a lot of similarities with the βstick menβ figurines in the trees, and being found footage the second half of the season. But love to see Taissa Farmiga back for this episode! She was a very welcomed surprise this season after not seeing her for a while in this show. Also I love how on-the-nose this season is. With the βmockumentaryβ ghost show and reenactments, to the βbig brotherβ and found footage vibes of the second half. So good.

2024-08-06 21:58:07 +0000 UTCSomething I really appreciate about this season is the restraint when it comes to using AHS mainstays. I feel like past seasons really fell into the trap of writing parts just to include certain cast members even if those storylines don't really end up going anywhere. This season: Frances Conroy, Evan Peters, Wes Bentley, Finn Wittrock and Taissa Farmiga all get used for 1-2 episodes max and it actually serves the main story.
