Yes Rukia is 10× older than ichigo it's only mentioned this one time so this isn't a spoiler but basically she's 150 years old (15×10) :-)

2024-02-23 04:58:10 +0000 UTCYou won't know how ichigo sees spirits till much later in the anime it's 1 of the most important plots lol , ichigo's sisters are fraternal twins different looks same age they're mother was on the poster she's dead hince why it was called memorial poster & you were close shinigami means Death god/Creatures associated with death so soul reapers fit , our version would be the Grim reaper anyways soul reapers can also be known as death gods hince why they're called shinigami but I think for this anime it's just a Paranormal race that deals with souls & stuff I think not sure completely :-)
