I am going to be honest with you. I really dislike Akane. And it was this arc and the next that really made me just not vibe with her. Akane is nowhere near the greatness of Kana. Her character is one of Aka's worst characters they have ever written and I stand by that. She was solid in the Reality Dating Arc but after that she just isn't great. She's Cute and all but her character is so bland and I dislike a lot of her personality and the stuff she generally does. The anime does a good job with adapting the manga and showing a lot more of the characters expressions in the show. I can't wait for the end of this arc and the end of this season where this series starts going wlid.
