I need more feedback please
Added 2024-09-09 02:43:36 +0000 UTCI haven't been feeling good about my art for a while and part of that is from a lack of engagement here. I see likes but I don't know if anyone actually cares for what I'm making or if it's just more "Its not for me"
I'm not asking for requests, rather I'm asking for any commentary you may have because its affecting my confidence that other people will like any of this stuff if I posted it it publicly.
Because if you, my gracious patrons who are paying to be here don't care, why would anyone else care when they finally get to see it for free? This is a real anxiety of mine and why I haven't been posting to Bluesky as frequently as I was. It feels like I'm incapable of drawing anything exciting.

When I first became a patron I thought "y'know technically I could just wait." but that's not the point. It ain't much and sure there's pieces that aren't always specifically for me, but I'm here because I genuinely see someone and something worth supporting. (ok that's enough weird glazing. Have a nice day.)

2024-09-26 16:36:24 +0000 UTCI likely missed the times you opened the floor, and I don't know if you would be interested. I wanted to commission you that stuff, but I guess at the time, I didn't have the money. The stuff I want tends to be rather basic, but I like the details I want to see.

I must emphasize however that no : you arent incapable of drawing exciting things. From Vouge and Vince's lore and their design as well as their relationship to the cast of Orville's setting and more broadly how you tackle lips and buck teeth, pompadours and how you mix the masculine, feminine and sexyness i wouldnt be paying if it wasnt exciting me (to stay SFW)

I generally only engage with the art that appeals to me, but that doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong with the art that doesn’t. You draw it all with serious skill! I wouldn’t say that you’re coming up short in any department, even if there’s a month where none of it hits for ME, that’s really not an issue cause I know something will come down the pipeline that does! If there’s a piece here that I’m not into, it isn’t because it’s not good or exciting enough; I just have pretty specific interests and it would be unreasonable to expect you to always cater to them. But sometimes you hit them dead on and it’s amazing 🥴💦 So as far as feedback goes I would struggle to provide any critique, because you continue to improve and create excellent art. I know it sucks not to get a lot of engagement, and I really hope that turns around because your work deserves it! For my part I will keep hyping up the pieces I enjoy, here or on discord. I know this isn’t very actionable, and I’m sorry I don’t have better advice to give, but I still want you to know that you’re doing amazing work!

That's why explicitly wrote that im not asking for requests in *this* post because that isn’t the problem I'm having right now. I'm saying when I finally draw that thing I need you guys to tell me if I did a good or bad job.

I think you do merging super well, better than most artists I've seen. I also think your style is Hella neat. I'm an especially big fan of Carlita, the yiffy fox and Maple cuz twinning, merging and suiting are super big draws for me. And I think youndraw those super well. I also really liked the one where the mouse guy twinned a girl into himself. You draw super well. Do I wish it was colored more? Absolutely. Do I want more of the twinning and merging and FTM and MTF stuff? For sure. However, I do enjoy looking at your art, most forms it takes are pretty neat. I like all your characters though I do have my favorites. But I'm more of a concept and subject matter kinda lady. The only big concern I have is output, really. I think you're a great artist, and I hate to see you discouraged, and I hope that this lil message can at least help a little. I usually lurk but when I see something I super like, I'll comment on it, usually. So, bottom line, I think your art is great, I wish you posted more, and I'm happy to pay you here for art.
