"If Only" or "Faster than Expected"
Added 2025-01-19 01:04:17 +0000 UTCCredit where credit is due. Rocky showed me THIS bluesky post and I quickly used it as the basis for this picture of Jessie the Capybara.
I'd introduced them last year, but didn't feel comfortable posting her or her roommate Chenille the Flamingo because the still felt under cooked. None of my characters remain as they were when I first drew them. Each new attempt refines them just a little bit more. And as far as trans stuff goes, everyone already knows how sensitive and unsure I am about these things.
But lets leave the self pity back in 2024. Here I wanted to have Jessie slap on a hormone patch that works a bit faster than she originally expected.
