Progress Report v0.3.0

It's been a long time since reports but fear not! progress on unitystation has grown exponentially over the past few months with the list of contributors expanding every week. We have also decided to delay the beta release and focus on introducing the RP game loops that make SS13 what it is. So what has happened since the last report in May? Watch the video above for a summary of the major features that have been implemented since then. Our goal is to stay true to the SS13 RP gameloop and we believe the new 0.4.0 features will steer us in that direction. I (Doobly) have also made the pledge to not return to my real life work until 0.4 has been achieved. So I will be working hard to get the beta preview to fruition even if it means becoming a homeless bum living out of a box by the end of it. 

Here is a quick breakdown of what we have achieved so far since the last update:

- Player Accounts system (create your own account and take your character with you to any machine)
- Character Customization

- Admin Portal (a web based portal for admins to monitor each round. Features RCON capabilities)

- Tilemap damage (The system has been put in place to allow for damage to tiles on the tilemap)

- Right click menu (A radial GUI system with basic actions has been implemented)

- Basic Powernet (basic electricity flow, apc, storage and circuits has been implemented)

- Basic Deconstruction (Construction to come soon)

- Bullet Tracers

- Lighting and FoV overhaul 

- Removed right panel GUI and implemented a hideable top right tab system

- Created a new non intrusive chat window

- Implemented TTS

- Implemented Synth VOX system

- Shuttle controls and Radar

- NukeOps gamemode 

- Syndicate shuttle

- Chemistry recipe system

- Techweb system

and many more...
