December '18 - Bounty report

Thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout 2018. We were also very lucky to have had a donation of $1000 given to us for the month of December from a very generous donator. So thank you again to that person and everyone else who has donated. This will help to increase the amount of bounties offered and push us towards the 0.4 beta release faster then usual.
In the past month since the last report we have also seen a healthy increase in new programmers come on board. With 4 new developers submitting PR's in the past 30 days.
30 Day Bounty completion summary:
- Dapocaylpse completed the command only shuttle and dock (B25) #1330
- Bod9001 completed the remap of all lights, switches and apcs (B160) #1336
- Etrose completed the Bruise Pack and Ointment cream prefabs (B25) #1354

So what's on the horizon for bounties? I plan to start creating jobs for most of the computer systems that are mapped on Outpost Station. So the Command console, the HoP console, Cargo ordering console (which will also send and receive the cargo shuttle), Medical records and the Security records console.
Once atmospherics is merged into the main branch I will then start creating more jobs focused around mining. Sec will also get a look at shortly, with cuffs, stun weapons and the ability to strap people into chairs / beds.
