Added shop upgrade system. This is a relatively complex system that may contain bugs. Player feedback is welcome.
Added new item icons.
Long-pressing the + button when buying/selling items allows you to purchase/sell the maximum amount.
Ship storage upgrades now increase maximum capacity by 10 per upgrade.
Adjusted battle encounter rates.
