Honestly I like the idea of them both wanting to kiss but worrying about going too fast for the other (they're both really considerate of each other already, after all!), so they end up not doing it... and then spend the time until their next meeting pining and wishing they had kissed. Bigger pay-off when it finally happens! >:)
