On top of never experiencing any real horror yet like the old Z veterans. Vs future Trunks seeing nothing but death and destruction all his life with hardcore ptsd from it. And only his mother left alive really does make a difference.

It's like the Men in Black show up and used the memory erasers on everyone and he wasn't affected cause he normally wears shades lol. I mean the entire previous arc exist only because the events that took place during OG dragon ball and hardly anyone remembers.
