There’s degrees in doing things the same way how the boy accidentally killed the guy who was attacking them with the Rinnegan he’s guilty that he killed him not attacked him. It was right to attack him because he was defending himself, but he feels like he went too far for killing him. So that is the application to society and life in general there’s layers to everything nothing is black and white if somebody is trying to badmouth you, do you just kill them because they did that. Universally there’s so many things to not do in that situation, including not responding let alone hurting them. So that’s the same thing with the rest of life. It’s a balance you have to find the foundation if you don’t have any foundation in a society or the Power is not put in the correct place. Nothing can survive long let alone thrive. A natural organic structure has to be in place for it to be peace on any planet not including the inner peace you must have with yourself as a person that’s how you create a what they say a so-called peace or what you should be saying is balance.

The shinobi system creates the people it fights against and calls it justice, mainly the Akatsuki. He saw through the contradictions of the leafs "will of fire" how it can even justify wars, uchiha massacre and so long as the village strive under the guise of "peace". He saw through all the kages contradictions and created the Akatsuki with shinobi from other villages with one goal, something the 5 nations would not do. Naruto inspires hope or, as I call it, "false hope" because it never challenges the systems or his village.

Remember when Kakashi pinned Sasuke down and told Sakura to kill Naruto or Sasuke will die as an example on what happens if they don’t work together and one of them gets captured?
