PoW .077b BUGFIX - Bodyguard Lily - 6/28/25

I know that this release took a while, and I apologize for my lack of communication here, but Discord's way easier to contact me and is also where you can find extra stories that I've written even when Twine stuff hasn't been updated yet. You should get a discord invite just for signing up to patreon, but if you need a new invite, just put a message down on this post and I'll put a fresh invite up.
As for the plan, even though this PoW update took a while, I'm planning on getting a lot more done in the next couple of weeks (including the introduction of a new character played by everyone's favorite "Angela W"). The next public release will be July 13th, but there'll be more patron-only releases before that, and then we'll switch back over to College Daze development for a little bit.
Now, what's in this update? A lot of bugfixes, so hopefully lingering issues with progressing through days shouldn't pop up anymore. This new event triggers in the afternoon after the tribe has been introduced, but there's a few branches that aren't completed yet. I wanted to get this out now since everyone's been exceedingly patient, but the rest of it won't be much longer. Besides, it does include a scene with the bodyguard ("Lily S") so I consider it a win.
I'll put up an ALL FILES pack tomorrow with the next release, for now think of this as a sneak peek until I've put everything else together.
(EDIT .077b): A new bugfix is out to again try to address the issue people are having with going to the wrong passage after meeting the tribe.

You shouldn't be seeing that error right now, you should be able to proceed up until the tribe sparring match but you should still be locked into that event.

2025-06-28 19:23:55 +0000 UTCI mean in terms of updates I do generally try to paste them everywhere, but the fact of the matter is that I do want people to go to Discord first and foremost. This website has a ton of issues that limit its accessibility, so getting people to go to discord for information is definitely preferable. As far as the Discord games go, I'll set something up for them eventually, but I'm still experimenting with stuff. Anyone is welcome to read them on the server at any time though.

2025-06-28 18:51:40 +0000 UTCI know discord is easier to use but do not fall into its trap. As the privacy, security, and speciality it gives is also its biggest trappings for a creator. It’s harder to get to/thru for new or general audiences thus even thou you made a strong and dedicated community on discord. You ONLY made a community on discord but in the process hurt every other platforms do to its exclusivity. So how do you prevent this trap. Simple. Any big update you put on discord you copy and paste it onto any of the public and/or paid for platforms you use. You got to keep your postings ‘equal’. In reality your main site is discord you just can’t show ‘favoritism’ I’ve been keeping up with your discords and there were definitely a few posts you made that should have been posted here. (Also on a side note. For your finished dnd campaigns. Post it here as a novel or something. that was a lot of hard work and time you put into it that you just left lying there exclusive and ‘free’)
