[com] first night together 💕

Dropping the most important thing first : this is only to 95% done and I‘ve decided to let it sit overnight at least before doing some final touches (with the commissioner of this lovely piece giving their full okay to it of course! Thank you so much again for being so understanding about the situation! 🫂) because not only did I have an ultra busy day today in terms of non-worl IRL appointments I had to take care of, I also had something unexpected come up (entirely unrelated to this picture!) that kinda sapped out my entire art motivation for the day as well right at the finishing line… and since I don‘t want my work to suffer from that and patreon lets you easily switch out files, I‘ll drop the final-final version of this tomorrow with some more words to the picture itself once it’s done for good!! 😤💕

Good night y‘all and see you tomorrow, will also be dropping a somewhat important update post tomorrow as well since I haven‘t really gotten aroudn to do it sooner but basically I‘ll be mostly away starting tomorrow for the holiday until the 5th so reward sketches will be delayed until then as I already mentioned in discord! Also won‘t be drawing alot during the time because of the holidays 🙏

EDIT: Alright y‘all! Finally got around to give this the proper finishing and polishing I mentioned that this was still missing! <3

Took a bit longer than what I had anticipated due to some unexpected things getting in-between also vacation + planning for it and catching up with other work and I wanted to give this the time and attention it deserves so I didn‘t rush it on the following day. Added a little background scenery too because I felt like it would enhance the picture for their romantic first night together, also just as a little gift for the commissioner of this because not only were they very patient and understanding, they‘ve been also very supportive with something I‘ve been dealing with recently and I just wanted to do something nice for them in return 🫂💕

I love romantic couple art and this is exactly that, these two are having their first time with each other after the war and I tried to capture that with their expressions especially, Hubert gets his characteristic smirk to it of course but trust me he‘s very happy 😌🙏
