The Patreon Poll for September Week 1 is now live. All Tier 1 & 2 patrons will be able to vote on whichever idea they like best, with the winner being worked on during Week 2. The story will be posted on 18th of September.
For the record, this would count as a different Master Splinter story should he win the monthly poll, so don't let that deter you from choosing him if you want to see more of him.
