Thank you for your patience. My bird passed away and I am grieving pretty thoroughly. I am trying to do as much movement as possible but I am very focused inward right now and might not have a new video for a week or so. I will process these feelings and come back when I feel able to connect again. I will also likely record some of Sundays Cellar Door performance and post it here.
