Floor spin tutorial!
Added 2022-02-02 00:42:44 +0000 UTCTwo spins for your floor work fun times. A butt spin and a side hip spin. These are really dynamic and super fun to incorporate into choreography, and they aren’t terribly difficult, either!
Here is a link to a choreography I made for a level one floor work class. I do include a knee spin as well, which I don’t cover in the video because I forgot that I did it 😅
With a knee spin, again mega core engagement! I open my outside leg and twist my torso to “wind up” and then when both knees are on the floor I keep them super activated and I come out of it by sitting down. It takes a little more practice to get solid but it is also super fun to do!
