Full public release of The Fixer Flatmates pt1

In this update we see the addition of a new flatmate named Robin who Sammy can become good friends with. There is also the addition of the landlord Oskar, paying him rent, cleaning around the apartment to reduce rent and other ways to lower costs.

There are also a fair few new minor characters at the beach to hang around with, updated older stories such as new pub events, a new way to deal with the bullies, new soccer boys content, some new whore events in Haven and much more.

• Made it so that work and home outfit is excluded from commando calculations

The Fixer v0.3.2.01 update

• Fixed it so that NPCs who have sex while pregnant wont have the father change to the new person
• Added the saw to Ashon's shop so all items can be bought and not need to be scavved
• Reduced the amount of time between when you can meet Jaylee in the junkyard to 1 hour
• Fixed up some Robin and soccer boys dialogue
• Fixed the grope hands rendering above pregnant bellies
• Added in the triggers and events for being forced to work the Casino and getting beaten and kicked out of the house if rent gets even higher. Casino event triggers at 5 weeks skipped, kicked out at 7 weeks skipped
• You can pick to be kicked out after the above event. This is purely an option to test being kicked out
• Made it so Robin will question you on having sex with the boys if she sees you doing anything that results in Sammy getting naked for a dare (stripping, sex acts), if she goes to the showers with the boys while she is around and if she blows Nate during the gloryhole quest
• Fixed issues relating to the pub uniform while working and cleaning
• Fixed commando perk constantly being added and removed

  • Fully written out landlord sex scene. This can be triggered by speaking to the landlord or cleaning up his office while he is there
  • Made it so nipples only poke when high desire. The higher the desire the more they poke. They also poke when outside
  • Added new origin perk “waif”. This gives no bonuses or maluses
  • Fixed wildcard perk. When dialogue options check if you have a perk, wildcard origin will sometimes say that you do even if you don’t. 1 in 4 chance of it agreeing
  • Added new mini job, Cleaning
  • Added repeatable cleaner sex scene
  • Added new cheat jump to test cleaning sex
  • Added a new CG, lapsit with pub, maid and dungarees variations
  • Added new male origin branch where if Sammy takes the thong, she will get a different dress with some new dialogue

  • Fixed performance issues. This shouldn’t just be a minor improvement but a huge one and things should run very smoothly now. Please give feedback on how your performance is now.

  • Pub can only be cleaned when Sammy cannot work the actual pub. If the time rolls over into actual pub work hours, Sammy is given the choice to switch to working the pub

  • Adjusted font for the name tag, made larger and gave slightly different colours for each character so it’s easier to tell when someone new is talking (needs new game to appear)
  • Characters who are talking now have their character sprite highlighted and slightly enlarged
  • Added tattoo shop to revel backstreets. You can get tattoos or make body writing permanent (need to have the writing first)
  • Added funwear shop to revel backstreets. It sells any clothes tagged as “slutty”
  • Shop vendors can now give discounts. Lake dealer will give discounts for sex acts, jaylee will give discounts on account of being friends and wandering the market will give random discounts
  • Added new items. Energy drink to boost energy, food bar to eat and boost mood, entertainment magazine to boost mood and porn magazine to max out desire
  • NPC’s now adjust their colour based on time and weather like Sammy does
  • Added new sex CG’s for Robin. Blowjob and againstwall

  • Adjusted the face flushing effect so it appears progressively with desire. The same with the drunk face flush and the sweat effect
  • Updated Shane and Marcus art and added poisoned art for them
  • After stealing poison beer from Sammy, Shane and Marcus will progressively get sicker and die after 10 days
  • Added in bully suffering events for when you poison the bullies
  • Added mini events for after the bullies die of poison
  • Reduced the bimbo perk requirements from less than 30 int within 15 days to less than 10 within 15 days.
  • Added bully comments with Robin when in school
  • Added new quest log images for Cosmetic surgery and dance troupe
  • Dance troupe now gets added to quest diary as a job. This is mostly to track sex stats and remind players when they can participate.
  • Added dance troupe event button to the gym so if you didnt attend class beforehand, you can still take part in the event.
  • Sammy only showers before dance quest now if your hygiene is low
  • Made it so you can choose to not wear socks/pants while working the pub even if you have the pants/socks in your wardrobe
  • Getting groped on the bus no longer has a confidence hit
  • Made the sleep, shower and a few other buttons expandable to clutter the UI less
  • Added dance clothes to the upskirt pic and replaced the old one used during the dance storyline
  • Robin now sneaks off with one of the boys if she is hanging out and you have told the boys she wants sex
  • New button with the soccer boys using the expanding button thing
  • New option with the boys to not drink beer

  • Added random mini events to remind Sammy/Player that rent needs to be paid. Events depend on if Sammy has the money or not and if she has had sex with Oskar or not
  • Oskar comes to the house on Sunday to collect rent
  • If you are behind on rent, Oskar will harass you now and then demanding payment when you are in the home area
  • Being too far behind on rent triggers Oskar to threaten to kick you out. After pleading with him he will give the casino job (can’t actually work there yet)
  • Diary quest entry added for casino work with new bunny girl image
  • Diary quest entry added for the photography line and new Sammy modelling image
  • You can now wake Robin up when she is drunk on the sofa and shoo her to bed. Doesn’t really mean anything now but will later once more flatmates are in
  • Fixed up issues with meeting Felix in the dark room
  • Commando perk changed. Can now wear and buy all underwear. Random events will trigger on rare occasions with Sammy complaining about wearing underwear if they are not thong/slutty tagged. Wearing underwear for long enough without these tags will lose the perk
  • Updated soccer boys dialogue so perverted comments aimed at Sammy take into account if she is nude
  • Update to fix some issues and lore inconsistencies with the Simon pub mission
  • Fixed issue where when getting the recovering perk, you got a purple haze in your face
  • Fixed issue where some choices should show as being wasted drunk
  • Added new items poison and poisoned beer (only available through cheats for now)
  • Added events to the bullies where they will rob and take items from Sammy. Greater chance of being robbed if poison beer is in inventory
  • Added event where sammy uses poison on beer. Can only happen if the bully line is progressed enough or Cass is being targeted
  • Added new perks unwanted pregnancy and wanted pegnancy. These will replace baby crazy and child free when Sammy finds out she is pregnant
  • Sammys pregnancy desire will reset to 0 once she gets pregnant/gives birth unless she has the broodmother origin
  • Added new CG on fours. This is mostly for cleaning events but also has sex variations
  • Added Maid, barmaid and dungarees clothing to multiple other sex CGs to be used with the cleaning work
  • Shops now correctly restock every Wednesday and Saturday

  • Rent is now payable to the landlord. First 2 weeks are free then 400 afterwards (all subject to change)
  • If behind on rent, you can offer sex to the landlord to reduce it (scenes not written yet)
  • New mini job. You can ask the landlord for lowering rent and clean up the house and around the housing area
  • Conversation event when Robin is behind on rent. Depending on your perks and Robins perks (slut?) the conversation can go differently about using sex to pay rent
  • New quest for the quest log added about paying rent. This is mostly so you can keep track of sex stats related to paying. New sad Sammy image for the questlog
  • Bunny outfit added for Robin with a new hair style

  • Removed the hallway location to save button space due to new locations in the house. You now enter through the kitchen

  • Added in Robin bus events. You will trigger events while on the way to/from school where both normal and naughty events might play, assuming you have unlocked the bus conversations
  • Added an option to ask Robin if she wants to go on a bus ride. This is for the express purpose of having fun and 100% chance of a naughty event
  • Added mini events for when you are on the bus at the same time as robin but didnt get on the bus with her. You can bump into her and chat or see her having some fun
  • Added a post bimbo event conversation with robin where you agree to periodically go out and have fun
  • Added new interact button for NPCs (robin and jaylee only for now) where you can initiate sex, gift items, open their shop if they have one and do other character specific actions
  • Gifting items to characters will boost their love, but its mostly used to give them items they can use. NPCs will use morning after pills gifted to them. If pregnant they will use abort pills
  • NPCs who are gifted pepperspray will no longer be forced
  • Fixed the amount of times girls have anal sex. They will now have it a lot more regularly than vaginal to avoid pregnancy
  • Added Robin cumlick/oral sex scene front and back as well as a Robin kissing CG
  • Finished the bimbo Robin event. Lesban scene for robin will only show if you had sex with one of the buys during her outing.
  • Fixed pervert perk from showing when it shouldn’t such as showering
  • Added new soccer boys dares for if Robin is around. One is you are forced to call her a cutie name, another is to kiss her
  • Soccer boys dare matches can now always be played to factor in Robin being there
  • Added Robin sex object event to the cheats menu
  • Added ballgag item. While worn Sammy can no longer speak and only muffles and points
  • Added back in the first times events and they are now working.
  • Added in triggers during conversations where Sammy comments to herself about being horny, drunk, grumpy or tired.
  • Added in a mini event for when Sammy climaxes during sex
  • New perks added. Gagged perk, Slutty perk (different from slut. This is based on clothes) and pervert perk (if you are waring something visible that is perverted like a ballgag or have cum on you)
  • Huge amount of Robin dialogue. Bar work, soccer boys convos, soccer boys sex, sex chats, pregnant chats, perk specific chats, school chats, bus sex chats and scav chats
  • Once you are friendly enough with Robin, you will tell her in conversation you are having sex with the soccer boys. This will trigger the chain to get her having sex with them if you are unable to be found out by other means
  • New perk added. Late period. If the player is pregnant at the time Sammy is meant to have her period, she will get this perk instead.
  • Added more BG characters to the school. Some characters are attached to dummy NPCs so may end up pregnant.
  • Added Robin art to the school areas
  • Another attempt at fixing the stuttering issue. Feedback if it still happens for you on saves started on this version is appreciated
  • Added lake dealer art. He wears a long coat and exposes himself to Sammy when showing his wares.
  • Lake dealer can offer sex for free pills (sex scene not written yet) or expose himself to Sammy. Rare chance he will cum on Sammy while she is shopping

  • 2 new coats added with full functionality (breasts/preg/sleeves)
  • The amount of money Sammy has made from prostitution is now displayed in the diary
  • Male start Emile date beach sex scene written. Kaan will always pull out unless Emile is pregnant in which case he will always cum inside.
