Fun is non-negotiable in my practice. Sometimes that involves introducing some chaos, silliness, rebellion, rule-breaking, etc into the mix. Otherwise, the practice becomes stale and uninteresting, and we lose our ability to remain curious and learn from it.

Here, I couldn’t help myself here but take a “load” off after an intense workout in the lockerroom. Shoutouts to my mentor (and gracious photographer) for getting the shot for me! I hope no one else saw me… or do I?
