Sacred Pulse Technique - Bro Tier

Sacred Pulse Muscles:

Pubococcygeus (PC) Muscle - activating this muscle stops the flow of urine. It is a subtle Pull sensation that will show very little movement. Mastering this muscle can create an internal stroking sensation.

Bulbospongiosus (BS) Muscle - activating this muscle causes a visible twitching or jumping motion of the c•ck. It will feel like an obvious Flex of the muscle. Mastering this muscle strengthens er•ctions.

Cremaster (CM) Muscle - activating this muscle causes motion in the balls. It will feel and look like a Lift of the balls. Mastering this muscle builds org•smic energy.

Sacred Pulse Exercise Ritual:

It is important to specifically target each muscle separately to build awareness of the sensation of each muscle. Doing this allows the mind to create stronger neural pathways to the muscles, and once you have enough practice you can enter the Sacred Pulse Freeflow state (demonstrated in the Warrior Tier), which is like a hands-free edging meditation that can bring one to a state of heightened and sustained org•sm. Practice the exercise routine below, and play around with your own freeflow state once you get the hang of it. Let me know in comments if you have any questions.

PC Muscle: 10 Pulls for 3-5 seconds each

BS Muscle: 10 Flexes for 3-5 seconds each

CM Muscle: 10 Lifts for 3-5 seconds each

Relax and take a few deep breaths noticing the sensations rippling out from your c•ck and balls and through the body. Continue below.

PC Muscle: 100 quick Pulls

BS Muscle: 100 quick Flexes

CM Muscle: 100 quick Lifts

Relax and notice the sensations again. These quick pulses do not have to be perfect, especially when starting out. Intention is key. Finish below.

PC + BS + CM: Pull then Flex then Lift in sequence. Do this 10 times, then relax. If you enter a freeflow state here, go with it.
