The Impurification Breath:
Start by placing the hands at an area of the body that feels tense. Breathe into the place of tension as if to intensify the sensation, then exhale and visualize it spreading down through the body. Repeat with the next breath at another area. With enough practice, tension will naturally move down to the root to be expressed through bloodflow and pleasure.
When hard, you’ll notice tension rise and fall in the c*ck as you move energy around the body.
