It was meant to be the first commission done based off the monthly polls, but it took a little while to come out. There's two versons done, with and without the insets, and I think the quality speaks for itself here.
Funnily enough this scene is also from ACoT Ch 8, so looks like you guys just really enjoyed that chapter I suppose?
The artist for this is Awedacious, it's not up on his Hentai Foundry page yet, but when it is I'll link it there.
