Just a consensus poll... When it comes to writing, what's the bigger turn on?
2nd person Narration - Specifically the narration pertaining to sex scenes including; you the player's feelings and sexual description.
Dialogue - The dirty talk from your wife / anyone involved in the scene.
Having a 'both' option feels like a copout.

"Dialogue" leaves it more open to how we the player feel, which why its probably the more popular option. We can interpret it how we want.
