I'll polish up the first two pages into the desired/timely quality before I properly announce it, so maybe this december? I'm not sure if this will be colored or not either, but whichever works out well.
Some pages aren't in final draft (the old sketches) but I'll correct them so they're consistent with the rest of the pages.
I'll make a 4-koma to try out the coloring I want to make though, then apply that to the comic. I'll resume progress as soon as I get a style that I like that's also fast to make and good to look at (maybe something like Oshima Aki?)
I have another small-ish project but likely I'll announce it before the end of the year or next year. It's just a small game in Godot.
