Now, the evil villainess urges the people of earth to participate in Supergirl's destruction! She knows many of the onlookers secretly desire to see the Girl of Steel in perilous and exploitative situations. She expects them to feverishly respond to her indecent proposal. However, most of the people are too scared to engage Dark Reign due to her terrifying disposition. Dark Reign threatens to destroy the city if they do not choose a punishment for Supergirl! Eventually, one brave man steps forward to stake his claim on Supergirl's demise...
