Silky WIP #18
Added 2018-02-25 15:00:02 +0000 UTCAfter a week of being a disgusting blob of a sort of human, I finally have progress to share! Here's one of Silky's sleeves slowly coming together.
So many layers to gather... Then I can attach them to the rest of the blouse, tidy up the blouse's neckline, and finally, FINALLY move on to the skirt...
I also sprayed the roses gold, so I will be able to make progress on the bonnet, too.
Every time I think I am super close to being finished, I realize several more steps I still need to do...
Bonnet:
- attach pink trim to white ribbon
- make extensions for bonnet sides
- attach white ribbon to bonnet
- attach gold ribbon to roses
- attach roses to bonnet
Skirt:
- hem 5m of fabric
- gather top
- insert zipper
- make waistband
- add ruffle to hem
Blouse:
- gather all sleeve layers
- attach sleeve bottoms to blouse sleeves
- hem blouse
- apply trim to neckline/front of blouse
- apply snaps to front
Capelet:
- apply hooks to front
Currently, the corset is the only thing actually finished 100%! Argghhhh.
