Perona WIP #5!

It has been unfortunately slow going. ^^; I spent a good deal of time cutting out the skirt decorations before realizing I had cut the wrong shape, so I had to redo them... and then the skirt trim on the top was just a disasssster. I really dislike working with this velvet material...
But I finally have allllll the little flowers cut out and started the belt. :)
