Second monthly print draw!

NOW, since so many of you are in the second tier (Burger Buddies) or higher, the lottery for the print draw has gotten quite large. I have a system where recent winners have a disadvantage in the random draw, so it's taking a long time to get back to those who have already won.
To solve this problem, I am going to open a SECOND print draw. This second draw will be for the third tier (Cheesecake Chums) and above. This way everyone will have a better chance of winning!
