Tharja skull prop
Added 2020-10-16 19:38:15 +0000 UTCI want to recreate the Tharja figure as accurately as possible, so I needed a red skully boi.
I haven't sealed the paint yet, so I might adjust the shade of red before the shoot. I had limited colours to work with ๐
and mixed the red with bronze to muddy the colour. I honestly forgot about the crack lines... RIP accuracy!

I did not use the spray can. Do NOT use spray cans on styrofoam!!! ๐ฌ
Here it is between coats. Styrofoam has frustrating "pores" that evade your brush. When painting most things, multiple thin coats are preferable to one or to two thick coats. I am guilty of wanting to paint quickly. ๐
