R.Mika, Kasumi, Tina, and Karin, all decked out in swimsuits, have come to an isolated island for a night of swimming and sexy shenanigans. But not all is well, as Mileena, in her unmasked flesh pits attire, is hunting them, preparing to take them down one by one.
All will try to defend themselves, all but one will be brutally dominated and killed. One, "last girl" will manage to defeat Mileena and survive the night. But who will it be? That is up to you to decide on in the following poll!
