Progress Update - Episode 7

Let me apologize first but here is a little bit of ranting...

Finished writing one of the more important parts of the story.
Like I said last week, I tried to shorten it and write it as simple as possible. And I've cut a lot! I'm not happy with it at all, but also not in the mood to completely rewrite it at this point. Maybe I change a little once I code this part.
This will be rewritten in the future for sure. I really need to make a lot of time for this to get this right.
I think I failed to put in all the emotions the characters feel in that part. It's not just one thing, but multiple things that clash together. And it doesn't really show, it feels a bit flat. There needs to be much more feelings showing. Rage/Pain/Anticipation/Emotional/Kindness/Lust ...
In the original story, this part is way further away, but since I release episodic, I understand why people want to know some things rather sooner than later, so they can make appropriate decisions.
Also, this is where this story and the original take a huge turn and become completely different. (Of course, I had to change lots of things already due to having much more characters).
I think I won't get away with the original take. And since I couldn't bring myself to keep Alexis a one time thing or even keep Nikki's accident in the story, it literally breaks my heart thinking what actually would happen at this point!
So, I have a hard time changing it accordingly and still have that emotional impact it needs to have.

At this moment I'm working on the last 3 scenes of this update. A smaller, a medium length and a longer one (depending on routes chosen). 2 of those are split routes and you won't be able to see both in 1 playthrough.
Renders aren't going as quick as I'd like, but still on schedule, I think... (know more in about a week).

I will also say this already and I will repeat this on release. When given choices, trust your instincts. I might have done something "mean".
