Because if you want to max point and do all the elena scenes you have to max layla points and do all of her scene, but if you want to max point layla and do all her scene you can't max points and do all elena scenes.... Problem is when you have to lie to layla or tell her about is ex beating you. If you want to max point elena you have to lie to keep your promise. But if you lie to layla you can't have the points necessary to unlock layla route (and elena route). You are blocked at the restaurant with Alexis and Layla because you need to have min 45 points to look at her and kiss her (if you don't you will be to low for all later scenes) but you have 42 points.
