Introducing Mini-FX Clips

I want to take a moment to explain what a "Mini-FX" clip is.
The basic concept is that they will be short, simple FX clips. It doesn't necessarily mean that the visual effects won't be a priority, only that the video itself might not have the same overall production values as my typical releases.
Some examples of what a Mini-FX clip could be:
A one-off action scenario, totally lacking in story
A very short story sequence, explained visually, or with a quick piece of dialogue
An FX short with only a single camera angle
Lack of a clip title, intro, or outro
Less in-depth sound design
Experimental FX
The "One Minute Horror" series will continue, but it will be focusing more on strange and scary scenarios, and will have higher production values when compared to Mini-FX clips. On the other hand, Mini-FX clips will be much more frequent.
The first Mini-FX clip comes out today, and the second one releases on May 2nd for the Microscope Tier.

Nice, sounds really interesting! Might have to re-sub next month as this sounds like it fills a ColossalCollages sized hole lol

2025-04-24 21:09:29 +0000 UTCYeah, that's my thinking. Some ideas seem risky to make into a full video. These give me some freedom to write a 1 paragraph script and film it on the fly, and then move on.
