No they were evenly matched, if you see closely even Sasuke hesitated at the end when he was using chidori. Instead of piercing straight through Naruto, he punched him through the heart. They both were reluctant at the final blow. Both Naruto Sasuke are equals

2021-06-14 22:34:59 +0000 UTCI think my favorite part of the conclusion of the fight itself is how Naruto chose to be petty and scratch Sasuke’s headband rather than going for a meaningful blow like Sasuke did on him.
