Already asked. He's not gonna do that. He'll watch it in anime cannon order starting with ep 1 instead of 120. Storywise it's much smoother starting with Kakashi chronicles for sure but it causes confusion for some content creators on different platforms from what I understand.

you said shippuden right dont worry ;) and for 141-142 you should watch them on your own there is 2-3 min of canon in each episode, just a short summary : it has a chapter finale vibe , the sasuke rescue team all go back to their respective team and they think about whats next and how to get sasuke back, how to get stronger. you see other character's new found resolve after failling the sasuke mission. Nothing needed for shippuden and anyway flashbacks in the first couple episodes will fill you in

You're right about Sakura by the way. She decided she didn't want to be a burden on Naruto anymore so she went and asked Tsunade to train her completely. Physically, mentally and in medical jutsu.
