2021-08-14 02:30:33 +0000 UTCalthough it can be a measure of strength cause if you lets say kill lots of people you can get a pretty high bounty, and that means many strong people will come looking for you, and bounty hunters etc. so you gotta be able to fend them off.

People can gain higher Bounties for the different crimes they've committed & for even knowing "dangerous" information but it's not a measure strength
