There have been some crumbs of info about Minato been Narutos dad. Esp. in ep. 126 when Jiraya was talking to Tsunade.....

It was funny you didn't see it coming :). Most have it figured by 3 episodes ago, when Jiraya and Tsunade talked about his parents. Many piece it together from earlier hints, like appearance, like 3rd Hokage referring to Naruto as a legacy of the 4th, or from Jiraya apologising to Minato for throwing Naruto to his death. You missed a lot of other details from these two Jiraya episodes, but that will make the reveal more awesome :)

Yeah, the treatment of Naruto in the village is one of my biggest pet peeves about Naruto. Naruto in the beginning was set up to be someone like child Goku, with his Oozaru. And it seems like only after introduction of Gaara did the author think of making part of the larger plot, one of 9 beasts and a son of a Hokage. And by that time his treatment by the village was already set in stone.

personally i never understood why no one ever told naruto who his parents were. And those who say that it was so that he did not to know that he have kyubi in him, it makes no sense, we could have simply told him that his father was the 4th hokage and that he had died for defend the village. For me, this is the biggest inconsistency in this manga, which I really like despite everything

Couldn't help but smile the whole time when you found out about Minato and Kushina. That makes the whole Naruto Jiraiya relationship all the more wholesome. Would be cool if people would let you discover the other open questions you had, but well I understand that probably isn't possible in reaction formats.
