Naruto took hiatus route so it's like 50/50 filler/cannon with a decend amount of pushing memories where it's possible. But there's a One Piece which adapt one chapter per episode sometimes less. If you skip Naruto fillers it's really decent run for a weekly Jump shounen adaptation if you ask me :D
