I listened to this audio again and I had this conclusion. Your voice and everything you say is very cozy. "I'm really proud of how this one came out" I agree with you. One detail ... your whispers are already a trigger like head massages, I don't know how to say it but only your voice has the same effect as those videos to relieve the headache. Audios like this and with positive affirmations (at least for me) are very important. "Keep your eyes closed" and automatically my eyes did that, even when I woke up a few hours ago
