Do you watch the behind the scenes vlogs?

I notice that several of you don't watch the behind the scenes vlogs. I'd like to know why 😯 You won't hurt my feelings. I'm here to improve 😁 Even if you watch them but agree with some of the provided criticisms, add those to your vote!

My favorite parts so far: seeing bloopers or anything that makes me laugh, how much work you put in, seeing your personality, and esp scripting! The okay parts: make up, thumbnail clips (but honestly cute so idk lol)

LittleSpookyFangs

They are the reason I subscribe 😘

I don't have notification on

I don't always watch them, not because I'm not interested or don't like them, the ones I've watched I very much enjoyed, but I just don't have a lot of free time to watch things that require my attention. I'm notorious among my friends for discovering interesting looking TV shows or movies and recommending them, but never having time to actually watch them myself😄 ASMR is easier for me to watch or listen to because I can play it on my headphones while working, or watch them in bed while trying to fall asleep, which I pretty much have to do every night so there's always time for it. :)

Mike

Personally, I just enjoy the in-character stuff. X3 Not like I don't care about all the work you put in, or your personal life. It's more like I just don't have much motivation to watch anything out of character. I love the content you provide though. Maybe it's just a part of my brain that makes me subconsciously separate my "reality" to the content I enjoy. (Shrug)

John Radetzki

Didn't know there were vlogs. I always checked out the photos. However, very few things in entertainment actually make me want to watch the behind the scenes stuff. I'll give it shot once, but I can't promise anything.

Yanpo

Its just not my thing i dont have any feelings about behind the scenes vlogs either way. Thank u for the content

E

I sort of skip through the videos looking for parts where it's real talk about making them. I think the concept of these videos is really good and the length is just fine.

Toonu

I'm here for the asmr and the parasocial aspect weirds me out.

I've never actually watched the blogs so I can't say if they're for me or not. That said, I'm mostly here for the ASMR, which is top tier and more than worth a patreon pledge! I've never really been one for behind the scenes videos so it's definitely not personal, it's more that the idea of them has never really appealed to me. Keep doing what you do, it's great! 🙂

Arctic Arcanum

love watching them! I like the behind the scenes look at equipment, props, planning videos, the technical stuff I guess

Harry

The BTS vlogs have always been my favorite patron reward. Nowadays that we get 2 exclusive videos those also rank pretty high up there, but I still love the BTS content a whole lot. I think it's interesting to see and hear you talk about your craft, and talk about something you love, especially a creative process like ASMR. You're my favorite Asmrtist and it's cool to see how the sausage gets made and what it's like from your perspective. Plus you do a great job editing them. The pacing is always good (those things are usually around an hour but it flies by tbh) and they're full of charm and humor while being informative. BTS is a rad patron reward, hopefully people give them a chance

*Russian accent* You know, group chat.

Tom Brady

I like watching your planning for the videos and detailing of your set up. And seeing how you're doing is cool too!

Rolling Thunder

I like seeing ya face and how you put together costumes, makeup and backdrops for your ASMR together. Plus you're a goof in em and I always enjoy that.

Adrian Mwaahh

I always watch them I love that BTS look and the planning that goes into it and how certain sets and sounds are made

Dragon Flame

I like the posing for the thumbnails a lot, as well as seeing a different camera angle.

Indy Bruining

My memory is bad and im like "this looks so cool I wanna watch this!" And then I don't.

Anabel Nathair

I think I think it’s because by the time they’re posted time has passed, so by then I’ve lost interest. It’s nothing against you I have a terrible attention span

Prismkitten

Definitely interested, but I just haven't got around to watching yet.

J-STAR

The parts of your vlogs where you share your creative process inspire me for my own work, pls keep doing them!

I've watched part of each since I joined but they're long so I only watch like ten minutes maybe

yuffmymateria

I'm rather new, but I haven't watched many as a time thing. I did check out one and thought it was cool to see what you did, but I really didn't feel like I had time to watch a ton. I do enjoy looking at the pictures you put out for behind the scenes stuff. That's been quick and neat.

Dan

I like the thumbnail posing a lot 😁. I do think though that because they are long I can't always watch them on the same day they come out, so I end up putting it in watch later and might get to it in a few days. Also I will only watch those once, whereas I might watch an asmr video I like 5-10+ times. So that's also why the views might be low.

Smudge

Maybe change up the music used in the transition parts.

JSW

Time. But it's cool to watch a vlog from time to time if I'm curious for whatever reason to how you set up a particular asmr video. Mainly here for the asmr videos.

GfAsmr

I do watch the behind the scenes pictures and literally every single video you upload but I don't think I have ever watched any of the vlogs, maybe skimmed at best. Why? I am not actually sure. But if I had to guess it would be the length. Second guess would be no timestamps/categories which would let me know if theres anything interesting I want to see and what I can easily skip.

esha

For me, it's not that they're not as interesting as I had hoped, it's just that it's not the type of content I'm here for. But I'm not one of the people who asked for them. At least I don't think I was. I hope I wasn't.

Rob C

I save them up and then binge. :)

Temple of Aidan

I like that there are like several short sections featuring the different asmr videos, so I get like a mashup of asmr to enjoy. Also you're funny af in the vlogs. It's cool hearing about new games/other stuff you're trying out, good source of suggestions for trying new things myself.

CanadiAnon

I used to watch them quite frequently, but more recently I've just become more and more busy so I've skipped out on the vlogs and use my time for other content! At the end of the day, you're one of the creators I support because I like the content you push onto YouTube, and not for anything specific on patreon itself. Anything on patreon is just an added perk I may choose to enjoy at my leasure

Sammy Gillespie

There are so many great things to consume from so many people that a Vlog is just not that interesting for me. Allthough I always like the behind the scene pics you post.

Nc

Love em. Who doesn't like behind the scenes stuff... adds depth to your asmr. Also I like how you incorporate actual asmr audio from the stuff your filming so were still getting "asmr". They're just another great perk to your patreon i think

Thomas

Your last BTSV was the first I'd ever properly watched, I used to only really be interested in the ASMR but the Vlogs are great because they're interspersed with all the month's videos which I didn't know about, I also found it cool seeing what got monetised and outtakes from videos, so I'll be watching them from here on in 😊

Eloise

I think it was at 10:24
