It was a very small window into a tiny home and I sort of fell inside. The backs of my legs were scraped and then smacked up against the top of the window as I fell inside headfirst. The combination of scraping and smashing probably is what popped the blood vessels.

I realise this isn't all that important, but did you have to go head first and sort of handstand on the inside to pull legs through ? I've been trying to mentally simulate how a window can squish so much, I think the only time I got bruised like that was my lower back after getting rear ended in a go kart
