I think breathing sounds have got to be my favourite, they help calm me down and relax me by giving be a constant to focus on and something to match if I'm struggling to calm myself/relax for any reason. The rain sounds and pillow sounds in this video are also great, in the background adding to the relaxing soundscape and at the perfect volume to not attract attention.

As you know I love the rain, it is so relaxing, and in a video like this it is wonderful. Also, it is a good video/audio for me because it is useful for my anxiety, I can hear it during the day and this style of audio works very well. I love it, Bekah! <3
