Chloe: Chloe, a vampire, has been part of this world for a few decades, but she has avoided relationships since her transformation. Becoming a vampire was traumatic for her, leaving her disinterested in dating. However, everything changes when she meets Alex. Having been a loner for a long time, Chloe is shy and easily flustered, so despite her best efforts to hide her growing affection for Alex, it's obvious to everyone around her. Romance with Chloe has unusual pacing, as the physical aspect of the relationship may develop faster than the emotional one because of the events in the game.

What to expect: Clumsy romance that moved ahead faster than expected.

Emily: Emily is flirtatious and has a lot of tricks up her sleeve when dating. While the initial part of the relationship with Emily might progress quite quickly, you might notice her pulling back as things start to become more serious. It's as if she harbors a fear of commitment. Nonetheless, if you manage to push through these hurdles, you will find yourself in a relationship that is a perfect blend of affection and sensuality. Being a few years older than Alex, Emily is more experienced, so she takes the lead in this romance, at least initially. You'll get to know her as gently dominant, where she takes the lead in more intimate moments with an equal measure of kindness. She knows how to steal someone's heart and won't hesitate to use dirty tricks. Also, be warned April takes the initiative quite often and takes 'yes' for granted when she asks for something.

Male love interests

In Bloodcrave, our protagonist, Alex, starts the game with an established heterosexual orientation. However, player choices can guide Alex on a journey of self-discovery and exploration of his sexuality, thereby opening options to romance male characters. Consequently, relationships with male characters generally develop slower as Alex needs time for self-discovery before deepening these relationships.

Kurt: He likes Alex from the get-go and pokes around to figure out if Alex is open to a relationship with a guy while trying to avoid being openly flirty. He never had a serious relationship, so the beginnings of this romance are quite awkward and clunky. If you like slow love stories where characters explore their sexuality, you might enjoy this route. 

What to expect: Awkward adventure with a friend who is secretly in love with you.

Oliver: Oliver is the kind of guy who likes to get things done in both his professional and love life, and his approach can sometimes border on the pushy side. When he crosses paths with Alex, Oliver swiftly decides to pursue a relationship despite Alex's lack of open interest in men. Oliver figures that Alex just hasn't met the right guy yet. Naturally, if Alex confidently rejects his advances, Oliver will respect his decision and back off. However, if Alex hesitates, then Oliver will meticulously work to dismantle Alex's defenses and guide him toward new experiences. If you find tumultuous relationships with dominant yet charming characters appealing, then you're in for quite the treat with Oliver.

What to expect: Messy romantic affair with a co-worker who sometimes crosses boundaries to achieve his objectives.
