In this audio, I read a guided visualization that I wrote myself just for this project. Enjoy the ambience of a chilly fall day as you walk through the forest and visit a creek. But ever since I picked up meditation in practice my visualization has increased tenfold. Everything feels more vivid! I’m looking forward to my next sitting session with this one!
