Old timey steampunk / medieval inspired cranial nerve exam with the bizarre Doctor Gertrude! You're a peasant that got hit on the head. All of your favorite medical triggers but now it's follow the candle light, signing out letters for your eye exam instead of the poster, touching your face with a feather instead of a cotton swab, checking your sense of smell with old potions, and inaudible / unintelligible whispering for your ear exam followed with the fizzes to clean your ears since you clearly can't understand her! Doctor Gertrude also keeps sipping out of her goblet, but you're not sure what's in it.
