Hello, Softies and Galoshies! Here is this year's public Christmas video. It's time to sit down with the Caretaker of Sir Ergard's Manor on a lovely Christmas Eve night. You chat over tea and biscuits, she wraps some presents Victorian-style (no tape!), and then she reads to you from Charles Dickens', A Christmas Carol (although it's not the whole thing as it is VERY long).
