The place I got mine from is called Indow Windows! I think they're just called sound blocking window inserts.

There is a lot more to making a quality video than one might think, and it definitely shows in the quality of your videos Bekah! I think this is the first time ive heard your voice in a non whisper/asmr/quiet tone (aka normal) tone😉
