This one is Baldur's Gate 3 inspired! A little parasite tadpole is inside your brain and it wants total control of you! Mouth sounds are used to represent the parasite tadpole wiggling to different parts of your brain.

Listen... I know this sounds horrifying but it's actually INCREDIBLY tingly dkjfhgdkfjhgdf. Like I was getting tingles while editing and that only happens with my own content if it's VERY over the top intense! (It's like trying to tickle yourself. It's hard to make yourself tingle.)
