Summary: Adora gets tattooed by the hottest woman she has ever seen. She tried so hard to be good and completely missed all the signs that this woman was very interested. Adora tries to stay away, but she can't deny the attraction for long.

--

"Why do all my clothes suck?" Adora asked as she looked through her closet. She wanted to find something cute and comfortable to wear on the weekend. Her study plans went out the window when Glimmer came into the room to lay on her bed. Adora didn’t even know where to start.

"Because you only wear stuff that makes you look like a jock?" Glimmer asked as she scrolled through her phone.

"It's comfortable and I am a jock! I should buy new clothes," Adora said with a frown as she considered her options. She mostly owned exercise clothes, relaxed t-shirts or singlets. She owned jeans but the hot weather removed those as an option. She didn’t need to be a sweaty mess around Catra. She knew she would look lame beside Catra either way because she always dressed to impress.

"Yes! Great idea, let's go" Glimmer said, jumping to her feet like Adora might change her mind if she waited too long. Which, rude, but correct.

"I don't have heaps of money, but we can buy like…one outfit," Adora said and tried to not look twitchy when Glimmer gave her a suspicious look. The silence in the hot room was thick as the fan whirled desperately to blow the hot air around.

"You haven't complained about your clothes since the last time you went on a date,” Glimmer said and Adora tried to hide her blush by looking back into her closet.

"That's unrelated, I just want to go shopping." Adora lied and Glimmer snorted.

"You hate shopping," Glimmer reminded her and Adora shrugged.

"I could learn to love it," Adora said, stroking the fabric of one of her shirts as an excuse not to look at Glimmer.

"Last time we went you said you found touching all the different types of fabric overstimulating" Glimmer continued and Adora turned to her as she nodded.

"Well it is. Why do they need so many types of fabric? Why can't everything be that soft one that feels silky?" Adora argued and Glimmer looked confused.

"Silk?" Glimmer offered and Adora shook her head.

"No! That bamboo one, or polyester thing. I dunno. I know it when I feel it," Adora failed to explain and huffed in frustration.

"Maybe everyone has a different favourite?" Glimmer tried to placate Adora and she frowned at her.

"I doubt it, that one's the best," Adora said with certainty.

"Anyway! Stop distracting me with your fabric nuances! Let's go shopping! What are we looking for?" Glimmer said, grabbing Adora’s arm and dragging her towards the door. Adora groaned in protest.

"I dunno, something casual and sexy but not trying too hard?" Adora said, reluctantly following Glimmer into the hall.

"You do have a date!" Glimmer crowed with excitement as she rounded on Adora causing her to bump into Glimmer.

"It's not a date!" Adora denied quickly. Truthfully she had no idea what this was, and that's what made it so hard to find something to wear. She should have asked Catra, but she had far too many personal experiences assuming something was a date when it wasn’t and she wasn’t about to overstep with Catra of all people. Adora could be casual, she could be cool. She could totally read the signs.

"Who's it with?" Glimmer asked, watching Adora carefully so she could spot her lie. Adora elected to be truthful.

"It's not a date, Catra just wants to hang out on Saturday," Adora defended but couldn’t stop the blush that crept over her face. Did Adora want it to be a date? Absolutely, but that seemed unlikely. Adora was an awkward mess around Catra and that wasn’t attractive.

"Are you sure it's not a date?" Glimmer asked, looking suspicious, and Adora didn’t understand why. Glimmer had seen Catra and Adora interact first hand, she should know that Catra was being friendly and platonic.

"Yes, I’m sure! We are getting ice-cream" Adora said and scratched her face in an attempt to hide her visibly red cheeks.

"Isn’t she lactose intolerant?" Glimmer asked curiously and Adora frowned at her. Who did Glimmer take her for? Someone who didn’t make extensive plans?

"The place I picked has a big menu of lactose-free options," Adora explained, and Glimmer nodded.

"Hmm, sounds like a date" Glimmer insisted and Adora rolled her eyes.

"Well it's not! So drop it!" Adora said firmly and Glimmer scoffed.

"Fine! Let's find something sexy so next time it is a date!" Glimmer said, grabbing Adora's arm and dragging her out of the apartment.

[...]

Catra looked into her large closet and sighed. She had too many options and she was now trapped in indecision. It was only Thursday and Catra was trying to work out her date outfit and nothing seemed good enough.

She had tried on a few outfits but they all lay discarded on her floor. She wished she had someone to ask for feedback. She couldn't ask Entrapta who would analyse the outfit but wouldn't know if it was sexy. Lonnie would tease her too much and that meant she also couldn't ask Kyle or Rogelio because Lonnie would find out.

Catra did consider if photos of her outfit would be a fun way to tease Adora, but she didn't want to spoil the surprise. She really wanted to see that hungry look Adora had only shown her once before. She equally couldn't ask her mum or aunts because they would get too excited about her dating and never let it go. Catra didn't want that kind of pressure on their relationship and if, stars forbid, things didn't work out Catra would have to deal with them fussing over her. Which she did not want.

Catra groaned and grabbed her bag. She would have to buy something new, it would make her feel better and make her look hot in a new and exciting way. She was going to wow the pants off Adora, figuratively, or consensually, whatever she was in to.

Catra walked to the mall since it wasn't too far from her house or the shop. The weather was sticky and the temperature was dropping quickly as it threatened more rain to come. Catra loved summer because layers were optional and Catra enjoyed showing off her tattoos, but now with the weather dropping she had to cover up, which was a ripoff. She hoped the weather would get it together enough to be hot on Saturday but it would be a longshot.

Catra’s furr prickled and her ears swivelled as she entered the air conditioned mall. She immediately felt eyes on her, which made her think of Scorpia. Catra was always dressed to impress but when she felt nervous or troubled she kicked it up a notch. So, naturally she would turn a few heads. Nothing to worry about.

Catra went to her favourite shops and walked around. Just the act of shopping put her in a better mood and she got herself a little treat from the hybrid bakery in the food court. She found a few things she liked but nothing casual and sexy enough for an ice-cream date. She was probably thinking too much about this but she really wanted the date to go well. After trying for so long to get a date she didn’t want to mess it up.

Catra looked around in a little boutique with a variety of cute styles. As she held a top against her body to look in the mirror she heard a familiar voice near the change rooms.

"Come on Adora, you have to show me!" Glimmer's voice permeated the shop by volume alone. Catra’s eyes snapped towards the pink powder puff that was dating Catra’s bestie hoping to see Adora with her. Casual mall flirting would make an excellent appetiser for their date. Catra's ears perked to attention right as Adora's voice came to respond.

"It's too tight, Glimmer. I'm not showing you," Adora replied, sounding pouty as Catra tried to hold back the flood of images that rushed to suggest what Adora might be wearing.

"Perfect, she'll love it" Glimmer responded and Adora whined. Catra was suddenly feeling much more charitably towards Glimmer in that moment but she also realised what Adora was doing. She was shopping for their date and Catra would hate to spoil the surprise for herself. Without being seen Catra slipped out of the boutique and headed to the other end of the mall to continue her shopping.

[...]

Catra woke up late on Saturday, having spent most of her night finalising her outfit and worrying about it. The weather had changed towards the end of the week and it was so much cooler than Catra had expected. She decided to stick with her outfit choice despite her concerns about freezing to death.

Catra had worn her hair bonnet to sleep in hopes that her curls would cooperate with her. She sat on her bed to look at herself in her wall mirror as she pulled the bonnet off.

“Please, please, please,” Catra said and she peaked out through her eye lashes as her hair fell free. She sighed with relief as she saw how good they still looked.

“Oh, look at you!” Catra praised her hair as she ruffled it playfully. “Someones trying to get pulled,” Catra said with a laugh as she grabbed some product to help hold the style she wanted.

Once her hair was dealt with Catra sat on her bed doing her beauty routine. She carefully rubbed oil onto her face to make her short peach fuzz fur soft. This stage of her routine was as much about self care as it was about relaxation. Catra enjoyed gently rubbing her face and cheeks with the oil and it smelt so good.

Good enough to kiss, maybe?

Catra knew that hoping for a kiss on the first date was silly. Especially considering how shy Adora was but Catra was committed to working at Adora’s pace and if Adora wanted to take it slow Catra could move as slow as she needed. A girl could dream though.

Catra finished her makeup and hair surprisingly quickly. She guessed that her fuss over the days leading up to the date had helped to whip her hair into behaving itself. Catra paused to look at her naked form in the mirror, she had done some tidying of her fur that she knew Adora wasn’t going to see today, but it helped her feel prepared for anything and being prepared made her feel confident.

Catra put on a cute pair of panties and decided not to bother with a bra so that her nipple piercings could be visible through her shirt. She pulled on a short black skirt and spent some time putting on her top. It had lace shoulders and wrapped around her chest with straps continuing down her body to the smallest part of her waist.

Catra’s mother would argue that the top Catra was wearing wasn’t a top at all, but Catra liked it because it screamed ‘tie me up’ and that was the vibe that Catra wanted to put out into the universe. What her mother didn’t know wouldn’t hurt her.

Catra checked the time and realised she had to go already. She pulled on some boots to protect her feet and rushed to the door. She almost tripped over a bouquet of flowers outside her door in the hallway she shared with her neighbour and sighed. Assuming it was for her neighbour, she grabbed the flowers and put them in front of their door before she rushed to catch her bus.

As much as she loved her motorbike, there was no way she was riding it in this skirt so the bus was going to have to do.

[...]

Adora was half an hour early to meet Catra. She thought being early would dispel her nerves but all it really did was give her time to stress over her clothing choices in a new location.

The forecast said more rain was coming over the weekend which made the temperature drop to a much more reasonable range. Adora had elected for comfort, wearing a pair of jeans, the tight white t-shirt that Glimmer told her to wear and grabbed her letterman jacket on her way out the door. She worried that she had gone too casual with her clothing but Glimmer said that this outfit would make her next outing with Catra a date, so it was worth a try. Even if it didn’t seem likely.

Adora decided to burn her nervous energy the best way she knew how by pacing back and forth near the ice cream shop that they had agreed to meet at. If Adora had a car she would have offered to pick Catra up but her dad was still repairing her car for her so she was currently without one. Adora turned at the tree she was using as a marker and walked back towards the shop.

Adora stopped walking immediately as she noticed Catra and just stared. Catra hadn’t noticed her yet, her brows were scrunched up in concentration as she looked at her phone. Adora took this opportunity to look Catra’s outfit and felt her face heating up.

Adora was a lesbian, a very horny lesbian at that. She could usually simply appreciate a good looking woman but she couldn’t seem to get it together for Catra. Adora really liked her outfit, she looked amazing, as usual, but Adora’s weak will was crumbling to keep this outing platonic. She was so screwed, Catra was going to find out about her stupid crush as soon as Adora opened her big mouth and she would never see Catra again.

Adora knew Catra would wear something amazing but it made her feel even more embarrassed by her own underwhelming outfit. Catra looked like she walked off a runway, with her strappy top and tight skirt with some long boots to match.

Catra’s tail flicked and she lifted her head to look around. She saw the ice cream shop and her face relaxed as she started to walk towards it. Adora’s feet moved towards Catra without her input and soon Catra noticed Adora and changed her direction to meet her.

“Hi,” Adora said, already feeling flustered, she was unprepared and definitely going to screw this up.

“Hey Adora, you look nice,” Catra said and Adora blushed. She felt like Catra was lying or just trying to be nice because Adora's clothing paled in comparison to Catra's.

“You look…wow,” Adora said, unable to find words to express how nice Catra looked. Catra grinned.

“Oh, this old thing?” She said, doing a little turn, her gold earring glinting in the light. “Just something I threw together,”

“It looks great,” Adora affirmed and Catra smiled.

“Thank you, sorry I’m late. I got off at the wrong bus stop,” Catra laughed at herself and Adora smiled.

“I could have picked you up, but my car is being repaired,” Adora said apologetically and Catra smirked.

“That's ok, if I wore something weather appropriate, I could have taken my motorbike,”

“Yeah, it's not really ice-cream weather anymore. We can get something else if you like?” Adora said nervously as she pulled at the sleeves of her jacket.

“That’s ok, I don’t mind having ice cream when it's cold,” Catra said “Shall we?” Catra said motioning towards the shop.

“Yeah, after you,” Adora said, holding the door for Catra as she gave a squeaky giggle.

“Thank you,” Catra said and Adora followed her up to the counter, trying to keep her eyes in respectful places. Adora looked at the woman behind the counter and saw a familiar face.

“Oh, hey Starla. I didn’t know you worked here,” Adora said and Starla grinned.

“Just started last week, it's been really quiet since the rain though,”

“Yeah, that makes sense,” Adora said and glanced at Catra, who was looking at the options before she looked back at Starla. Starla’s smile looked less happy as she noticed Catra.

“Who’s your friend?” Starla asked and Adora blushed a little as Catra looked up.

“This is Catra,” Adora introduced and Catra smiled “Catra, this is Starla, we have class together,” Catra waved since the counter was too deep for a handshake.

“Nice to meet you, do you study business too?” Catra asked and Starla smiled.

“Yeah, I enjoy it alot,” Starla said and Catra nodded.

“It’s impressive, all those numbers. I could never,” Catra said playfully. Adora noticed, not for the first time, how easily Catra could put on the charm when talking to people. She was always a lot friendlier than she appeared.

“You run your own business, surely you have to deal with numbers too,” Adora said and Catra smirked.

“Absolutely not. I make Lonnie do all the books. She’s a numbers gay, not me,” Catra said and Adora laughed.

“Did you guys know what you wanted, or would you like a few minutes to decide?” Starla asked, sounding all business again.

“Hm, that depends, what are you getting?” Catra asked, looking at Adora.

“Why does it matter what I’m getting?” Adora asked curiously.

“Well it matters if you’ll share it with me?” Catra asked with a smile and Adora blushed a little.

“I don’t mind sharing,” Adora affirmed and Catra grinned excitedly as she swished her tail.

“Great, can I get this one, with the blueberries, on a waffle cone”

“Sure, just one scoop?” Starla asked.

“Yeah, that's fine. What are you getting?” Catra asked turning to Adora again and Adora panicked and got her usual order.

“Can I get the caramel swirl?” Adora asked.

“Sure, the lactose free or the normal one?” Starla asked and thanked the stars she did.

“Lactose free, please,” Adora said and heard the soft purr Catra made at her side. Adora tried not to coo at the adorable sound but it was very difficult.

When they tried to pay, Catra and Adora had a mild disagreement on who was paying. Catra defended that she had a full time job so she should pay and Adora argued that she invited Catra out so she should pay. Catra ended up letting Adora pay, which she proudly seized her victory. Starla did not look happy to witness this, she probably hated it when customers did it. Adora always found it awkward when people did it at the cafe.

They left the shop again, electing to walk around the park while they ate their ice-cream. They were quiet for a while and Adora noticed how it didn't feel awkward to just be enjoying their ice cream together.

"Mm this is so good, do you want to try some?" Catra asked suddenly as she turned to look at Adora. Adora was half way through her ice-cream already so she should let Catra try it before she ate it all.

"Sure, want to try this one?" Adora asked and Catra nodded.

They swapped ice-creams and Adora made the mistake of watching Catra lick her ice-cream. She was now painfully aware of the fact that Catra had a very, very long tongue. Catra made an adorable trilling sound and she licked the ice-cream again.

"This is nice," Catra said, and Adora finally focused on the ice-cream. It was nice, not too sweet but creamy.

"Mm, this is good too" Adora said "did you want to swap the rest of it?" Adora asked, sucking some of the soft ice-cream into her mouth. Catra didn't respond straight away and Adora looked back at her. Catra was watching her with her ears perked forward. Her pupils were round and she looked a little flushed. Maybe from the walk? Catra shook her head a little.

"Sorry, yes. I would like that," Catra said and Adora smiled as she returned to finishing off her cone quickly.

They were half way around the park when Catra finished and set to lick the stickiness off her fingers. Adora was helplessly watching with wrapped attention as she worked.

"That was a good flavour choice" Catra said and when they passed a water fountain, they both washed their hands before continuing their walk.

The wind was picking up a little and the weather forecast said it wasn't going to rain but Adora was getting suspicious of the darkening clouds above them.

"You would never guess it was meant to be summer," Catra said as she wrapped her arms around herself. Adora was comfortable in her jacket but Catra was wearing a lot less than her. It felt unfair.

"Do you want my jacket?" Adora asked and Catra grinned.

"Are you sure?" Catra asked as she visibly shivered.

"Yeah, I run hot," Adora said, taking off the jacket to hand it to Catra. Catra smiled and the jacket engulfed her as she slid it on. It was very large on her, but it looked so cute.

"Thank you, this is so much better," Catra said, her voice rolling with a soft purr. Adora smiled and they continued walking side by side. The wind was cool but Adora didn't mind it.

"I know I said I would talk to you about stuff but it might be better to talk somewhere more private," Catra said and Adora looked confused as she glanced down at her.

"Talk about what?" Adora asked, watching as Catra was absently rubbing her cheek against the popped collar of Adora’s jacket.

"About kinks," Catra said casually and Adora felt her body heat a million degrees in one second. She didn’t know much about kinks, she knew what they were but not much about how to explore them. Out of the few situationships and short relationships she’d had since high school, she had been pretty vanilla.

"O-oh, privacy would be nice" Adora managed to squeak out as her cheeks burned. Catra smiled as she watched her with interest.

"You live with Bow and Glimmer right?" Catra asked and Adora nodded.

"Yeah, and they are both home," Adora said, not really keen to share Catra's attention just yet, or talk about kinks in front of them.

"That's fine. Come on, let's go back to my place" Catra said and Adora nodded as she blushed. She really wanted to know if this was a date so she knew what to expect. But she also knew that whatever Catra was taking her home to do, Adora was absolutely onboard with. Especially if it was an answer to getting the same feeling as a tattoo without committing to inking her body.

"Ok" Adora agreed and Catra grinned.

[...]

The bus ride to Catra's was short and they shared a bench. Catra seemed content in Adora's jacket but still sat close and Adora put her arm around Catra to keep her warm. She hoped she wasn't overstepping, she just wanted to be a good friend. Catra purred at the contact so Adora was reasonably sure she was ok with it.

When they arrived at Catra's house there were flowers on her doorstep and Catra picked them up to put them in front of her neighbours door without checking them.

Adora watched curiously and Catra smiled at her.

“My neighbours husband is away at the moment and he sends her flowers every day, sometimes they put them on my doorstep by mistake” Catra explained as she opened her apartment door.

Once inside the apartment Catra took off her boots and Adora took off her shoes so they didn’t track mud through the house.

“Make yourself at home. I’m going to put pants on,” Catra said and Adora nodded. She felt a little awkward but looked through the house, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom. Pretty standard stuff.

Adora sat on the couch in a spot that wasn’t taken up by pillows and blankets to wait for Catra to emerge.

It didn’t take long, Catra arriving into the living room wearing a pair of tight jeans, fluffy socks and Adora’s jacket before she walked into the kitchen to put the kettle on.

“Would you like some tea to warm you up?” Catra asked and Adora nodded. She was starting to feel nervous so tea would probably help with that.

“Sure,” Adora agreed and Catra looked through her selection.

“What do you like?” Catra asked and Adora shrugged.

“Is there like… normal tea?”

“Black?”

“Sure,”

“Coming right up,” Catra said, grabbing some tea cups and some plates to put cupcakes on. Adora was watching Catra walk around the kitchen gathering things with so much focus that when Catra looked at her, Adora looked away quickly. Pretending to look around the room as Catra comes over to put the cupcakes on the coffee table.

“They aren’t my best work, but they are cupcake flavoured,” Catra said playfully and Adora looked up at her with surprise before she looked at the cupcakes.

“You made these?” Adora asked, impressed with the little icing swirls on top.

“Yeah, you know, for bribing purposes,” Catra said with a wink that made Adora blush. She really needed to get it together. What the hell was wrong with her? She was never like this around girls, she could usually talk to them but Catra was just something else.

“I will have to find my old costume," Adora said with a laugh and reached to pick up one of the cupcakes while Catra went back into the kitchen to make their drinks.

“I will make as many cupcakes as it takes,”

“If you make me too many I won't be able to fit into it,”

“I doubt that,” Catra said, coming back with their tea. She put the drinks down and grabbed an armful of pillows and blankets to clear the other side of the couch and casually threw them on the floor.

Adora was holding the cupcake ready to eat but was easily distracted by whatever Catra was up to. Once Catra settled into the couch with her tea in hand she returned her attention to the cupcake.

She took a bite of the snack and moaned in delight at the flavour. Cupcake flavour was apparently strawberry. Adora looked at Catra to tell her how good it tasted and Catra was already watching her. Her eyes were round again and her tail had fluffed up.

“This is really good,” Adora tried to say around her mouthful of cupcakes. Catra shook her head and grinned.

“I’m glad you like them,” Catra said a little breathlessly. “You can take the rest home if you like,” Catra offered and Adora smiled brightly.

“Oh really? You don’t want them?” Adora asked, putting the rest of the delicious treat in her mouth and licking her fingers.

“I-” Catra cleared her throat, “I can’t eat them, I put too much sugar in them,” Catra said looking a little flushed as she admitted that and her ears drooped.

“Oh, thank you, I really like them,” Adora said and Catra smiled.

“Good,” Catra said before she bit her lip and seemed to be thinking. Adora had forgotten the reason they had come to Catra’s house but it came back to the forefront of her mind at the look on Catra’s face.

“So…” Catra started and Adora felt herself blushing.

“So…” Adora echoed and Catra laughed a little.

“Do you know much about kinks?” Catra asked and Adora shook her head.

“Nope, just that they exist and you shouldn’t shame people for them,” Adora said and Catra laughed, putting her tea down on the table.

“Very good starting point,” Catra said, crossing her legs and sitting forward to make eye contact with Adora. Adora turned a little on the couch to face Catra better. “So, kinks are usually described as non-conventional sexual practises, but what I thought you might be interested in is BDSM,” Catra started and Adora blushed. Was Catra offering to have sex with her? Because, yes please. “BDSM is about trust and intimacy but it doesn’t have to be sexual,”

Adora was watching Catra with wide eyes as she tried to swallow but her mouth was so dry and her cheeks were so red. So, Catra wasn’t offering to have sex with her? Sad.

“So, it's not sex?” Adora asked.

“It depends on the couple, but it doesn’t have to be sexual,” Catra clarified. So, no sex, that was fine.

“How does it work?” Adora asked, trying to get her blush under control enough to get her mouth working.

“Well, I think based on your enjoyment of tattoos you might like a little pain play, maybe some spanking?” Catra said casually and Adora made an involuntary whining sound in the back of her throat. Her mind flooded with images of Catra spanking her. Catra’s eyes went round again as her ears perked forward and she took a shaky sounding breath.

“A-and you want to do that with m-me?” Adora asked, trying to not get her hopes up. Maybe Catra was just offering to educate her and had some suggestions on where to start.

“Yeah, I’d be happy to show you the ropes. Well, not actual ropes, but the ropes. Ropes are kind of advanced,” Catra rambled slightly and Adora realised that Catra was nervous. It made Adora feel slightly less like a fish out of water to see someone as confident as Catra stumbling through this.

“Yeah, I’d like to try it,” Adora said softly and Catra looked excited.

“Yeah?” Catra asked, her eyebrows rising as her eyes got big.

“Yeah” Adora said quietly as she watched Catra’s big eyes sparkle in the light of the room.

“Great,” Catra said a little breathlessly as she bit her lip and looked to be thinking again.

“We aren’t doing this today right?” Adora asked, blushing at the thought of going from this conversation to spanking without some processing time.

“Oh, no, not today. I’ll text you some stuff to read, and we will need time to talk about boundaries and safewords and stuff like that. We will need more time than an afternoon,” Catra reassured her and Adora took a relieved breath.

“My schedule is kind of full, but I could do it next Saturday? I have the afternoon and evening free,” Adora offered and Catra grinned.

“Great, I will organise everything, and we will have a good talk beforehand so it’s super relaxed and comfortable,” Catra promised and Adora smiled. She was excited in such an embarrassing way for something that wasn’t meant to be sexual.

“Sounds great. Thank you. I should get out of your hair, right?,” Adora said, noticing the clock on the wall. She had homework to do and she still had to make it to the gym today.

“Oh, yeah, cool,” Catra said, getting to her feet and taking off Adora’s jacket. Adora stood from the couch and took the jacket to pull it on. It was warm and Adora could smell the soft floral smell catra left behind. She silently hoped it would stay until they saw each other again.

Catra was biting her lip when Adora looked back at her. “Oh, let me pack your cupcakes,” Catra said, brushing past her to get to the kitchen. Adora took the other cupcake from the plate and put it into her mouth before she followed Catra into the kitchen.

Catra offered Adora a container with cupcakes inside. Adora thanked her before Catra walked her to the door.

Adora put her dirty shoes back on with some struggle before she turned to Catra. She had no idea what was the appropriate goodbye for this kind of hangout. A hug would be ok right?

“Can I hug you?” Adora asked, not everyone liked hugs.

“Hell yeah,” Catra said enthusiastically and Adora pulled her into a one-arm hug while holding the cupcakes in her other hand. Catra held her tightly around the middle and they just held each other for a few seconds before Adora released her. It felt too good to have Catra in her arms and it felt so unfair. Catra was grinning when Adora released her.

“Thanks for today, and the cupcakes,” Adora said.

“My pleasure,” Catra assured and Adora smiled brightly.

“See you next week?” Adora confirmed and Catra nodded.

“Absolutely, get home safe,” Catra said and Adora let herself out into the hallway before she left through the front of the building into the cold evening. She hadn’t even noticed how quickly time flew by with Catra. Adora checked her phone to see Glimmer had been texting to make sure she was ok since she was MIA for the whole afternoon.

Adora was more than ok, she was excited to see Catra again and delighted to find out there was an alternative to tattoo’s for her desire. She wasn’t sure how she was going to keep her horny inside if this wasn’t meant to be a sexual thing but she had a will of steel. One thing was for sure, her crush was not getting any more manageable.

Really love this story, and am so excited to see how these silly lesbians continue to dance around properly getting together. XD

Ahhh this was such a fun chapter, and it was great to see these two have such a nice date, even though Adora has convinced herself that somehow the Catra acts towards her is platonic and that Catra could not reciprocate any of the feelings *sigh*. I am so curious how this is all going to progress, and also if Catra is indeed being stalked...
