Maya body play (Animation)

I worked on the sfx in Davinci Resolve, and while I did that, I noticed the head hair, just before she gets up from the bed, wasn’t updated which made it disappear for a short moment.
I returned to Blender, got the last part of the hair physics recalculated and rendered the 100 frames that had the issue. In the video editor, I updated the image sequence with the new images and rendered the video. Then gave it a final listen to make sure the sounds were all good before uploading.

2025-09-17 15:59:54 +0000 UTCThank you so much! Yeah, the butt and the way she moves came naturally when taking the thickness into account x). I'm glad to see the teasing tones came through. It might be the bitrate that blurs the fur a bit. But the noise boiling look is something I looked into, and it's the way the denoiser in blender work. When the denoiser looks at a single picture, it selects a pattern that works for that image and applies the denoise. It is possible to really reduce the flicker look in the hair by rendering each frame as something called an EXR layered, this image file contains denoise information among other info, this makes it possible for the denoiser to look at a bunch of frames and select a average denoise pattern. But each frame as an EXR layered would be around 909MB making the render take over 5.1TB of storage.

2025-09-17 14:56:14 +0000 UTCimpressively directed! it's so incredibly teasy, i love how much care was put into hiding her ass from being fully visible for too long, and how genuinely laborious moving is for her. im not sure if the bitrate causing the fur to be blurry at a distance adds to the feel of the video or not. i can only imagine it'd take even longer to render with a better bitrate, haha.
