Titan Rumble Ch 37: A Challange Between Two Sisters!

Her fists, still trembling from the aftershocks of training, hung loosely at her sides as she stared forward at Yuna. The towering woman stood there, wrapped in a blazing blue aura, its light licking at the air like fire, bending the space around her as though the world itself bowed under its weight. The ground hummed faintly, dust lifting and swirling around her feet.
Aurora's jaw tightened. When did she achieve that power? All this time, she thought she was the only one. The one who carried something the others couldn't possibly grasp. Yet here Yuna stood, radiating it with the ease of someone born to it.

Before she realized what she was doing, Aurora's feet were already moving. Step by step she crossed the courtyard, the sound of her boots crunching against the gravel. The other students stiffened as she passed, watching as the prideful Alpha stopped directly in front of the class, her golden eyes locked on Yuna.
Yuna and Cain both blinked, caught off guard by her sudden movement.
Yuna tilted her head down. "Aurora? What's wrong?"
Aurora's voice came low, but firm. "How long have you had aura?"
For a moment, the courtyard was silent. Even Cain leaned forward in Yuna's palm, his brow lifting as he studied Aurora's unusually serious face.
Yuna's lips curved, not quite a smile, not quite a frown. "Did you think you were the only one who could achieve such a feat?"
Aurora's chest rose and fell, her hands curling into fists. She didn't answer. She didn't need to—her silence said enough.
Cain scratched the back of his head, muttering. "Wait, hold on." He shifted his weight, glancing between them. "You two are acting like this aura thing is—what—the secret to life or something. Fighting Aurora earlier, I could tell it was strong, yeah, but..." He leaned over, looking up at Yuna's massive glowing face. "Is having aura really such a big deal?"
Yuna's head snapped toward him so fast the air cracked. The sudden movement generated a gust of wind strong enough to knock Cain flat on his back in her palm, sending him tumbling and cursing as he caught himself.
"You're serious?" Yuna's voice rumbled, sharp with disbelief. Her massive eyes narrowed on him.

Cain groaned, brushing himself off. "Yeah, I'm serious. Enlighten me before you blow me off your hand again."
The glow around Yuna flared brighter as she straightened her back, her presence towering over all of them. "Cain, listen carefully. When it comes to Alphas, most depend solely on their physical strength. That's enough to dominate most opponents. But aura..." Her voice softened, though it carried more weight than any shout. "...only the strongest and most disciplined can achieve it. It is the truest reflection of an Alpha's spirit, forged into power."
Cain's smirk faltered, replaced by a flicker of understanding.
Yuna's gaze shifted back to Aurora, her expression gentling just slightly. "Aura is an Alpha's most lethal and powerful weapon. Not muscle, not speed, not raw fury. Aura is what separates the mighty from the legends."
Aurora's eyes narrowed, but inside her chest twisted. The pride she always wore like armor now cracked with doubt. She thought she had held something unique, something untouchable. Now she saw it alive in Yuna—burning even brighter than her own.
And that realization dug deeper than any wound she had suffered in combat.
Cain sat cross-legged in Yuna's palm, staring at Aurora through narrowed eyes. The memory of their fight replayed in his head, over and over, now with one nagging question gnawing at him. If she had aura this whole time... then why the hell didn't she use it against me?
He didn't have long to think.
Aurora's heavy footsteps pounded against the dojo floor as she closed the distance to her sister, her expression unreadable but her aura beginning to flare at the edges. She spoke at last, her tone like steel scraping on stone.
"I wish to test your strength."
Yuna blinked, her massive face tilting slightly. "What are you talking about?"
Aurora's eyes locked with her sister's, and her voice dropped lower, harsher. "That’s what us Alphas do, we fight to see who’s stronger, so why do you hesitate?"
Cain raised a brow at that but stayed silent. Yuna, however, looked genuinely bothered, as though Aurora was speaking nonsense.
"You want to fight me?" Yuna asked, her words slow, deliberate, and edged with surprise.

Aurora didn't answer. She didn't need to.
Her body lit up with a sudden crimson blaze, her aura igniting and curling around her like fire that had been waiting for oxygen. The flames shimmered in waves, heat distorting the air around her.
Cain's stomach dropped. He dragged a hand down his face. "This is looking bad," he whispered, his voice nearly lost in the hum of power filling the courtyard.
But then an idea struck him—reckless, desperate, and exactly the kind of gamble he lived on. He cupped his hands to his mouth and called out.
"Aurora!"
The fiery-haired Alpha snapped her gaze up at him, irritation plain on her face. "What?" she barked, her aura snapping with her tone.
Cain grinned despite the danger. "How about a deal? If you can teach even one of the students to awaken their aura, then—" He straightened, his voice carrying with the authority of someone who knew he was about to bait a wild beast. "—as the master of this dojo, I'll allow you to spar against Yuna."
For a heartbeat, silence. Aurora's aura wavered, her brows knitting together as she mulled it over. The heat rolling off her shoulders calmed, just slightly—until her lips curled into a defiant snarl.
"No!" she roared, aura flaring hotter than ever. "I want it now!"
Before Cain could open his mouth again, she charged.
The courtyard cracked under her step as she launched forward, crimson light clashing against Yuna's cool blue glow. The two sisters collided with a thunderous impact, their opposing forces exploding into a violent shockwave that shook the dojo walls. The pressure blasted outward like a hurricane, the ground fracturing beneath their feet.
Cain didn't even have time to brace himself. The shockwave ripped through Yuna's hand, launching him off balance.
"Shit!" he yelled, tumbling helplessly as the world became a blur of blue light and white fabric. He smacked against something soft, then slid downward, straight through a fold in Yuna's uniform. His tiny body bounced along the inside of the fabric, twisting and rolling, until—

Darkness swallowed him whole.
He groaned, realizing far too late where he had ended up. "You've gotta be kidding me..."
Meanwhile, the clash of the two sisters rumbled on above like the wrath of gods.
